I have been lucky enough to have a career as a tour guide around the world for the past 13 years. Throughout it, I have developed a passion for travelling and infusing people I travel with, with a passion for the random.

With everyday life we can get complacent, we don’t take notice of the simple beauty in life and stop exploring. Through this blog I hope to break through this complacency and showcase some popular spots found around Dunedin, NZ, in a unique way, with the hope that a new appreciation of these places will be created.

I want to open up these places, shake them up and allow readers to explore and appreciate the little or unknown ‘sciency’ facts that make up the tapestry of Dunedin.

It’s all about taking a different spin on places we see every day.

It’s all about looking at things with a new lens.

I hope you enjoy my take on this awesome city!

Feel free to contact me if you want a certain area featured or if you have a random (but awesome) story everyone needs to know!
